If Fluttershy's three personalities were real, how would the show be different?

What if Fluttershy's three personalities in Fake It Until You Make It were real?

Let's imagine three alternate versions of My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic.

In each version, Fluttershy is still the Element of Kindness, so the more obnoxious and mean-spirited aspects of these personas are removed (except in episodes meant to teach a moral or lesson of some sort).

1. Fluttershy is a high-class society mare (who lives in Ponyville for some reason), one of Rarity's customers.

2. Fluttershy is a valley girl/hipster.

3. Fluttershy is a gloomy goth.

In each case, how would Fluttershy's change in personality affect the series? How would she get along with the rest of the Mane 6? What kind of episodes would these alternate Fluttershys get in lieu of "be assertive"-type stories?

Bonus Question: If she still became friends with Discord and was the catalyst for his turning good, what is her relationship like with him in comparison to mainstream Flutters?
