I recently started jumping and my trainer is cracking down on my heel position. I've been doing my best to relax my weight into my heels instead of forcing them down but sometimes one ankle will get sore, possibly in the fibulus longus muscle? Not sure but it will only happen in one or the other. Anyone else experience this? Do I just need to stretch more? TIA ☺️
