Hello!! I just bought a new pair of Kerrits fullseat breeches, mainly just for schooling, however it would be nice to know if I could use them for shows. I usually just wear a regular pair of tan fullseats where the seat is also tan. The new pair that I bought are tan, however the seat is black. I've tried searching all over the Internet for answers if these would be acceptable for shows but can't find anything. Thank you in advance!
I mean, can you teach them tricks and make them follow you like a dog would learn heeling? And do they respond similar to positive rewards?
Is there an equivalent to a dog having the wiggles, meaning being very excited and wagging their tail?
I used to ride horses as a pre-teen and I feel like I never got how horses tick. Now as an adult, I train my and other dogs and wonder if you would treat a horse somewhat similar as say a working dog.
Thank you so much!!
Hi everyone, long time lurker, first time poster.
I was wondering if you kind folks could help identify my minis color. She's registered as a sorrel pinto, but doesn't look like a sorrel to me? When I first got her as a yearling last year she looked like a palomino pinto, then she shed out and looks as she does in the pic.
Any ideas what's going on with her magical color changing coat? Thanks in advance for any input!
