Old and debunked fan theories?
After seeing this post, and remembering the old fan theories on Discord being Starswirl the Bearded, I got to thinking: What other fan theories from back in the day has the show since debunked? And then the similar thought of fan-made content and the show itself importing the same outside concepts in totally different ways. For instance, I remember "Kirin" OCs from well before Season 8, taking the original mythology down a completely different path from what the show then ended up doing.
What do you guys think?
