If there was a step "above" Alicorns (let's call it an Ultracorn), what would it look like? What new abilities and features would it have?

Twilight does something so awesome, she ascends again, becoming an Ultracorn.

What does she look like now? Can she do anything else that she couldn't do as an Alicorn?
