Picky Eater
My gelding has become increasingly picky after I started him on a supplement. He's been on other supplements before but a little after starting this most recent supplement he started becoming picky. We started putting his supplements on top of his alfalfa/Bermuda cubes becomes he really likes them but now he will not finish those either.
Does anyone have any recommendations for a healthy food to put in his feed that has a strong enough flavor to hopefully override the supplements flavor?
Just as a side note in case anyone is wondering, I don't think it is a gastric issue because he always finishes whatever food that the supplements are not on. He will eat his weight in hay if you let him so it's not a general lack of appetite. He is also on UlcerGaurd (not the supplement that he dislikes) so I have little reason that any stomach issue is to blame.
