Just learned that a local member of the horse community is thinking about building an indoor arena and an 8 stables barn on her land, 20mins from where I live... I've been out of the horse ownership game for 15 years, if this lady builds her yard, that drought may finally end! I'm already calculating costs! I'm so excited!
The facilities in my teeny tiny home town SUCK, so I've been putting it off. But a newly built yard, SIGN ME THE FUCK UP!
I'm SO EXCITED! But can't say it out loud because I don't want to jinx it!
