Help with speed
Ive been riding my Barrel horse mare for a little over a year, and I've been riding in general competitively for about 4. I want to go faster but every time i do pick up the pace and go faster than a medium lope into my barrels, my adrenaline rush is so bad i end up messing up. How can i get myself more comfortable with the speed and able to keep up with my mare? I can add more info if needed
