Building up muscle Ideas??
Ways to build topline with a Hunter jumper horse? Already doing Pessoa once a week 5 min each side still as hes weak but getting stronger. Have poles available but no hills/ terrain. Flat arenas only. Limited jumping right now due to rider only jumping small crossrail when in lessons( im very unconfident at times and he isnt the type to be confident for us both). Currently am taking dressage lesson along with my jumping lesson. Any other tips/ Suggestions for building this topline/ good muscle up? Cant ride currently due to concussion but ill be on soon and wanna see if any others have ideas!
