What if Fluttershy's three personas were really her sisters?

In addition to her younger brother, Fluttershy has three older sisters: Snootyshy, Hipstershy and Gothshy.
They all live in Ponyville: Snootyshy running a rival boutique, Hipstershy working at a hip coffee shop and Gothshy writing spooky stories for a local publisher.
If Fluttershy's three personas from her time minding Rarity's shop were actually real and her sisters, how would she get along with them?
What would their relationship be like? How would the family dynamic as a whole be different with three additional siblings? How would these new characters interact with the rest of the Mane 7?
