Trying to identify the model and year of a horse trailer. Pictures and explanation inside.

Hello! I apologize if this isn't the proper place to post this. My family is currently renovating a horse trailer that we found on Craigslist into a bar for a wedding. Can anyone identify the make and model? Or direct me somewhere else that could help?

Some details that might help:

• we popped off a light cover and the serial number ends in "75" which leads us to believe it may be from 1975

• the axle has a serial number placard from Hammer Blow Tool Co. in Wausau, Wisconsin; not sure if that's the maker of the trailer or axel
