What, if any ,Comic Storylines would you like to see adapted for the show?

There have been a great many comic storylines that have greatly added to the show's world building and or their characters. With that in mind what storyline or lines do y'all think would make for the best season opener or finale for the upcoming seasons?

My personal choice would be the Siege of the Crystal Empire storyline. Not only would it add depth to a character often seen as lacking to a major Villain of the series, but it would also not preclude having Queen Chrysalis returning in her role as well as having minor antagonists to return once more.

I would choose it as a 2part season opener due to the fact that it focuses less on the mane 6 then it does the ancillary characters like King Sombra, Princess Cadence, and a character not seen on screen thus far.

What do the rest of you think? What storylines would you adapt or like to see adapted for the show?
