What if the Mane 6 were 3 pairs of siblings?

Twilight Velvet and Night Light have 4 kids (from oldest to youngest): Shining Armor, Rarity, Twilight Sparkle, Sweetie Belle.
Bow Hothoof and Windy Whistles have 3 kids: Fluttershy, Rainbow Dash and Zephyr Breeze.
Pear Butter and Bright Mac have 4 kids: Big Mac, Applejack, Pinkie Pie and Apple Bloom.
What would be different? Assuming that their personalities are the same and they all end up having the same Elements, how does this affect the character interactions in the show?
How would Twilight and Rarity get along as sisters? How about Pinkie and AJ? How about Rainbow and Flutters?
What were their foalhoods like together?
What episodes would be significantly different in this alternate universe?
