Sugar Belle
So I keep wanting to call Sugar Belle 'Shugah Belle' with a really exaggerated southern accent ever since she hooked up with Big Mac. And I'm not talking about an Applejack style accent either, but more like Rogue from the 90's X-men animated series.
That got me to thinking how cool it would be if Sugar Belle turned out to actually have had kind of a rough past that led her to seek out a community like Our Town to escape from... well, herself. It'd be really cool if such a past caught up to her and she had to break up with Big Mac for "his own good", only for him to end up chasing after her and right into the jaws of danger.
And I know I'm mixing up the backstory for Rogue and Gambit, but wouldn't it be awesome if there was like a clan of unicorns that was like the assasins guild and the thieves guild, and Sugar Belle had been with the thieves and she was supposed to marry the head of the assasins guild to bring peace between the two groups, but she hadn't loved him so she had run away instead? But now Sugar Belle has to marry him, or he'll kill Big Mac and wipe out the entire Apple clan, leaving Big Mac in the tough position where he not only has to fight a unicorn to get Sugar Belle back, but a master assassin!
That's how my mind works are 5am, and I fully realize it's unlikely anything like that would ever occur in the show, but man would it be fun.
