Would you buy a completely healthy 16 year old horse to be used for a fair amount of free-time activity?
Looking at this horse for sale, he's 16 and healthy but I have never owned a horse in his age bracket before. Can a 16 year old go for strenuous hacks and pop a course of jumps if asked? Is it ok to do a full gallop and dressage work? How much longer could I expect to ride him full-time?
