#horses - #CCW

CCW

Hi! I've been riding all my life, but not as continually as I would've liked. There were a few years off and on in my teenage phase where I wouldn't have a place to ride and so on and so forth. In November of last year is when I started seriously riding again, and as of the pats views weeks almost every single day working my 4 year old. Yesterday I was working a friends horse in the arena for her, with her hunter jumper prospect. (I've been a hunter jumper for a long time, so I've still retained a lot of information. Not a green rider at all. ) my problem is over the years I've just lost my seat, and a lady at the barn made a (nice) comment about me being thrown forward a lot. I agreed with her right away, saying I've been trying to work on getting my seat back and correcting that flaw that I have. What are some ways that I can correct this? Of what am I doing wrong that I'm being thrown forward? I'm thinking it's my lack of muscle mass that I used to have. I always have my heels down, head up etc. does anyone have any exercises I can practice to avoid this?
