I recently moved and have started lessons at a new barn. Things are lovely except that a. I took a few months of riding for various reasons and b. New barn only does 1 long lessons. So basically I'm still as good a rider that I was a few months ago (jumping and stuff) but my body definitely needs some work. I wake up the next day so stiff and sore i can hardly move. I know with time this will get better but does anyone have any suggestions to ease this?
