Magical journey to horse ownership
So I'm thinking of getting a horse in about a yrs time. Would it be ok to stable it at my house (garden is big enough), but turn it out a few times a week, or do they need the space every day? How much bedding do they need daily and how much hay should I store monthly? Wall of text but just want some beginner tips. We live in a forest that has many hacking trails. Do horses need to be turned out everyday if being ridden most of the week? Silly ques but want info before taking the plunge.
