Anyone Else Buy at 2011 Nordstrom Auction?
So back in 2011, the Nordstrom daughter went bankrupt and livestock from Meadow Wood was sold at creditor auction. Mostly it was mini horses but also mini donkeys, a handful of the remaining Arabians and some goats. IIRC, the llamas were sold separately. I attended the sale partially due to rumors on various horse forums that they would be hit by kill buyers. Egged on by my knuckle-head husband I/we bought a mare and a stallion.

...not sure it'll load right.) My husband picked her and loved her and was devastated when we had to put her down.

Anyway, I wonder whether anyone else bought a horse at the Nordstrom auction and would like to know their results. ...and would thank the lady that loaned us halters and helped us load up.
