For those don't know kyrospawn used to upload short clips of the show back in 2010-2012. Then suddenly in mid to late 2012 he just stopped uploading. I'm asking if anyone on here knew him personally and if you did what was his reason for leaving. The only thing worth of note is Saberspark giving him a mention in a tweet back in 2018. Wherever kyro is, I hope he's doing well.

I'm wanting to hear what are your favorite creepy or horror fanfic that doesn't make excessive gore it's main spook fest. While all well and good, there are other ways to create scares.

I'd love to bring some much-needed attention to this overlooked side of the fandom because I myself am starting to love the creativity this fanbase produces! All it took was one friendly fangame recommendation to get me sucked into this vast gaming world and I'd like to get you hooked too!

If you've paid close attention for the past few months, you've probably noticed a dramatic increase in fresh OC Content being submitted on this sub and that's fantastic! I love those types of posts and it keeps this place fresh and alive!
However, this being Reddit and all, there are often cases where you, the average starving artist, pour blood, sweat, and tears into creating cool pony art only to be ignored outright! Sometimes to the point where users tell me directly that they're discouraged from posting self-made content due to low views. I see it time and time again, and that's a real shame.
So in an effort to encourage all the shy or ignored artists of r/mylittlepony, I'm making a weekly Content Creator's showcase thread! I know there's dozens of users who create art and I'd like for you to share some! Post My Little Pony drawings/sketches, videos, music, fanfictions, cosplay, physical media created...
Basically, this is a "Shill and Chill" type of thread! If there's MLP content that you, a proud and loyal citizen of r/mylittlepony created, this is your golden chance to promote for free! The specific medium is irrelevant! But please post your works after NPT ends too!

Hello everycreature may I welcome you to the 27th Edition of the Fimfiction Book club! This Week we shall be announcing the new book to read as well as sharing our First thoughts on "The Witch of Canterlot" by MagnetBolt.
This is a bit of a special one for me as the previous stories we have read from this author have all been well received in the past here on this book club, whether it be "The Witch of the Everfree" and "Twin Twilight Tales", I think that these may have been THE most popular stories we ever did here participation wise. And now we FINALLY have a sequel to "The Witch of the Everfree" with "The Witch of Canterlot".

There are always things about the show I want to talk about, but I'd rather not always dedicate an entire full blown thread to it or it's never the right time to mention because no one would care. Maybe it's a thought that could be answered quickly enough to end discussion or something insignificant and stupid brewing in the back of your head for awhile! I've posted this scenario before, but that was as a season finale/premiere one-shot event. What if it was a long-term face-heel turn?
What if Cadance became an evil villain and the whole Luna/Celestia/Nightmare Moon scenario repeated itself?
Let's say that Flurry Heart is killed/turned to stone/etc while helping Luster Dawn on an adventure.
Cadance's grief and anger (especially if one could reasonably say that it was in some way Luster's fault) makes her susceptible to similar forces that corrupted Stygian (and Luna, depending on who you ask).
Cadance becomes a monstrous villain bent on destroying Luster Dawn and saving/resurrecting Flurry Heart even if it dooms Equestria.
Obviously, this results in a show-down between Queen Twilight and Cadance while Luster and her friends find the MacGuffin.
(BTW, according to EQD, Hasbro is calling Alicorn Twilight "Queen Twilight", so I'm assuming that the title was changed from "Princess" during the in-universe time skip)
Before the fight, however, Twilight tries to get through to Cadance. What would she say in her desperate attempt to save her former foal-sitter from herself?
It doesn't work, whatever she tries, and Cadance is banished, but she returns 1000 years later.
This time, Cadance is freed from the evil influence by the latest generation of the Elements (Luster is long dead, having refused Alicornhood) and reforms like Luna did 2000 years earlier.
How would the reunion between Twilight and the remorseful Cadance go?

IMPORTANT NOTE. Thanks to /u/BookHorseBot (many thanks to their creator, /u/BitzLeon), you can now use the aforementioned bot to easily post the name, description, views, rating, tags, and a bunch of other information about a fic hosted on Fimfiction.net. All you need to do is include "{NAME OF STORY}" in your comment (without quotes), and the bot will look up the story and respond to your comment with the info. So in the beginning of Season 9, King Sombra was once again disintegrated by Princess Twilight Sparkle and though this death seemed more or less permanent . . . let's pretend that he was instead blasted off into the sky like Team Rocket but left with his magic being more or less inert and unusable.
Now as one can imagine even for a near immortal pony like King Sombra . . .being blasted miles away only to crash into the dirt is going to hurt badly. But that just gives time for the Kirin to find him and begin to help the unconscious stranger heal up.
So say that our former King begins to wake up when Autumn Blaze goes Nirik for a bit due to an argument with how to help the stranger heal up and sees the destructive power of the Niriks . . .and becoming entranced by them, and flattered that such a powerful being unknown to him helped him with no promise of rewards or prestige.
So with this what if fully set up how do y'all imagine this scenerio would play out? Would this be the first step to a reformation for the Dark King? Would this simply be a isolated refuge for him whenever he get's defeated? And what would the Kirin think of such a exotic Stallion living among them for a time until they're fully recovered? And would King Sombra be able to survive Autumn Blaze's words and chatter?

In Switzerland, people often send young horses to pastures in the mountains, so they can grow up with other young horses. This one was a mixed group with mostly warmblood horses (Freiberger), some haflingers and one Welsh Pony.
