The Spies of Equestria

Good morning Everycreature. Today we shall be discussing a branch not often discussed or thought of when one thinks of the Equestria Bureaucracy and Government forces. That of our Intelligence Agency who wield Spycraft for the State. Our Agents, like Ser Bon Bon here, are highly skilled and trained and are dispatched all across Equestria to keep an eye for threats to our Realm whether they be magical, beastial, tyrannical, or technilogical. This has positives and downsides that you students may be able to think of, but I ask of to try and figure out just what we teach our Agents to keep an eye out for and how to determine if something is a threat or has the capabilities of becoming a threat to Equestria? Of course our Agents are not merely scouts and spies. They are also trained to be hidden Bodyguards for notable creatures of interest that happen to be in or visiting our nation. We implant them into bureaucracy and nobility to seek out dissident groups and or those that seek to claim power in order to harm our citizens. That is not to say that we only throw our Agents into danger 24/7 of course not. Sometimes when one of our agents falls to deep into their role we will reorganize and let them live out their new lives how they wish. They are allowed access to their equipment and with our generous benefits are simply asked to keep an eye/ear out for trouble. That way we are not caught unawares. This has not always worked I am afraid. My little ponies are excitable creatures and are often distracted by celebrities or their own personal obsessions. . . .That notwithstanding I ask of you students to think on what I have said here today and to see if you could answer my questions I asked of you. What determines if something becomes a threat to Equestria? What would one of our agents be on the lookout for to determine if something or some new technology or somecreature or beast were to become a threat to Equestria? Remember. We are always recruiting, ranks now available to non-ponies for our new, Luna insisted, Foreign Affairs branch.
