Question about Barn/Land
Purchasing a home in NC. It has a fairly new house barn with 4 stalls and tack room on the property with 7 acres, and appropriately fenced in, and a separate driveway out to the barn and fenced area.
I do not own a horse, but I would be interested in leasing out the barn and land for someone else to utilize. I would not manage it - I would allow them to manage it themselves, or consider hiring somebody if multiple individuals are renting a stall.
Any idea on how much could be charged per horse?
