Who's evacuating horses for hurricane Irma and anyone taking evacuees?
Just curious what everyone is planning on doing with their horses for hurricane Irma. I manage a 21 horse ranch, we're in a hurricane proof barn but flooding is a real possibility in our area. The owner and I weathered out Matthew but it didn't hit us directly. This time we're debating evacuation. Any Georgia/Alabama/Mississippi area barns taking evacuees ? Or anyone have any good resources for finding horse evacuation locations?
