What mythological creatures/figures do you think would make for good major villains?

Nightmare Moon, Discord, Chrysalis, Sombra, Tirek, the Pony Of Shadows...

When the fandom tries to think of potential major villains for future season premieres/finales, we usually either look at previous generations (Grogar!), or we try to create one of our own.

What mythological creatures do you think could easily make for good major villains?

Here are a few of my favorites:

1. Typhon - I've had this idea for a long time. He could be a massive, dragon-like villain from Tartarus. Other dragon-like mythological figures to choose from that would fit: Orochi, Ladon, Jormungand.

2. Fenrir - Likewise, having a giant, sapient wolf tied up in Tartarus is an idea that sounds cool to me.

3. Mares Of Diomedes - Deinos, Xanthos, Lampon and Podargos could be the good leaders of a more militant, less benevolent society of ponies.

4. Questing Beast - A powerful monster that could work as the villain of an episode with a more "horror" feel (maybe a Nightmare Night episode).

5. Hecatoncheires - Much like Centaurs and Satyrs, I could see these creatures getting a more simian appearance.

6. Geryon - Likewise for this guy, although I can also imagine him having a more alien, Changeling-like appearance.

7. Tzitzimitl - I would imagine that the Tizitzimimeh would be reworked into a bat-like or maybe spider-like look. Their leader would obviously be based on the more bestial looks of the goddess Itzpapalotl.

What about you? Any good ideas?
