Any tips for bareback riding?
I have a really nice bareback pad, without stirrups, already. My vet said my mare should be ridden bareback or with a saddle pad from now on (due to an illness), and start very slowly with her.
I am pretty out of practice riding these days, and I was wondering if anyone here has any tips or exercises to get both me and my mare balanced. She can only walk, no trotting, and no hills. I have her stretching right now from the ground.
