What do you think of this horse-related punishment, for animal abusers and other criminals?
My friend mentioned a case where he lives, where an animal abuser (who had abused horses) was sentenced to have to stand in a pit that then filled with horse feces and urine, and he had to spend about 18 hours in there.
It sounded interesting, but I remembered how a lot of horse owners say that horse waste is some of the least offensive in the animal kingdom (any truth to that?) What do you think - would that punishment really be that bad?
