Punishment in Equestria...
Is it just me or do the authorities/Princesses not think through their actions before banishing/turning into stone/tossing into Tartarus evil doers? In one of the IDW comics Princess Luna is herself called out when she remarks how much easier it is to banish somecreature and the reply is 'yes, that's all well and good until they escape hundreds of years later and no-one has any idea how to defeat them.'...
