Horse History question
Hey everyone, not sure if anyone here will have any info on this but i thought this might be a good place to ask this question. Does anyone here know any information about why horses started wearing plumes (feather head pieces)? I'm aware that they wear black plumes for funerals and white plumes for child funerals, i'm mainly curious about why and maybe when they started wearing plumes. Thanks for your time.
