Is this hay good quality??
Hi. I got this hay about 5 weeks ago for Halloween decorations. It's been sitting outside the entire time. The person I got it from said that it's typically just regular feed. I have no use for it, but I'd like to donate it if possible. The northern California wildfires aren't too far from me, and if this hay is still good, I'd love to give it to a better cause and donate it to a animal shelter. Of course, if it's no good then I don't want to waste anyone's time. About 4-5 days ago it rained a bit, but it's been dry since. Thanks everyone!
