How would the Mane 6 help the "Them's Fighting Herds" crew with their flaws?

The Map calls the Mane 6 to Foenum. It turns out that they are meant to help Arizona, Oleander, Velvet, Tianhuo, Pom and Paprika overcome their character flaws.

If this was an episode (or a six-episode arc with an episode for each pairing), how would these scenarios turn out?

Twilight teaches Oleander to rely on herself and her abilities rather than the evil advice of Fred.

Applejack teaches Arizona how to be more patient and not to rush into things without thinking. Not to mention, while being a kind cow is wonderful, it's also a good idea to be less naive and trusting while on a mission to save the world.

Pinkie teaches Paprika that you have to be serious sometimes.

Rainbow Dash teaches Tianhuo to forgive herself for her shameful past as a bully.

Fluttershy teaches Pom to be courageous and have more faith in herself.

Rarity teaches Velvet to not be so vain and to be compassionate to others.

Assuming that they succeed (they always do, after all), how did these scenarios play out?
