Question about Gelding an Older Horse
My wife and I recently rescued two horses from a Kill Lot. We were told they were both Geldings. Upon having them checked by a vet here, one is still a stallion. That horse is 14 years old. Someone has said, having him gelded could make him mean and unrideable. Do any of you have experience with this or advice?
